We've put a lot of time and effort to getting where we are, and you can't do that without learning a great deal about the needs of your clients along the way.

One of the things we've learned is that in good times and bad, industry needs repairs for all makes and designs of speed reducers, pumps and the majority of industrial rotating equipment. So for us to open a new 5,000 square foot repair and testing facility is not only a natural progression of what we already do, it makes good sense.

While our preference is to work with the broad array of original equipment manufacturers who have partnered with us and authorized us as an official repair facility as well as those who have only agreed to provide technical and parts support, sometimes the delivery is just too long and other times the price is just too high. Not to mention those times when it's both.

That's where having our modern production facility and engineering group available for regular production or emergencies comes in.

18 week delivery for parts and you need your machines running in a week? Our engineering staff can measure pitch and profile geometry to produce production drawings immediately. We can be machining material to produce parts that meet or exceed original manufacturer specifications in a fraction of the time it takes typical OEM's to provide components.

Not only can we repair but we can provide full diagnostic reporting on everything from the gearing, bearings, and housing using conventional inspection protocols as well as dye tracing, linear deflection laser measurement and microscopic inspection of surface condition to search for evidence of fatigue, wear, damage or geometric distortion. Reporting is done in an easy to read and common sense manner and is intended for the end user who wants valuable information that can be used to determine the overall life of capital equipment. Samples of our reports can be provided upon request.
