Our latest addition and flagship machine is a Gleason - Pfauter P2400/2800 CNC Gear Hobbing Machine w/internal milling head.

This will allow us to cut gearing up to a nominal diameter of 2800mm with the internal head for cutting high running accuracy turbine class gearing for wind energy applications. Not to mention decrease production time by up to 60% over conventional hobbing.
